Voor de opstart van een nieuwe productielijn zijn we op zoek naar een Project Engineer Validatie die een sleutelrol zal spelen in de succesvolle introductie van nieuwe producten binnen een farmaceutische productieomgeving. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de validatie van assemblage-, labeling- en verpakkingsprocessen en zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe processen voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteits- en compliancevereisten.

Je werkt binnen een multidisciplinair projectteam en combineert technische expertise met projectmanagementvaardigheden om nieuwe producten efficiënt en conform GMP-richtlijnen te implementeren. Dankzij jouw pragmatische aanpak, analytisch inzicht en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden draag je bij aan een succesvolle productlancering en een vlotte opstart van nieuwe productielijnen.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Opstellen, uitvoeren en opvolgen van validatieactiviteiten voor nieuwe assemblage-, labeling- en verpakkingsprocessen.
  • Zelfstandig beheren van toegewezen validatie- en projectactiviteiten binnen vastgelegde procedures en kwaliteitsstandaarden.
  • Ondersteunen van klinische studies en validatie van commerciële productieprocessen.
  • Begeleiden van de introductie en lancering van nieuwe producten binnen de productiesite.
  • Opstellen van validatiedocumentatie, protocollen, technische rapporten en kwaliteitsdocumenten.
  • Uitvoeren en documenteren van kwaliteitsonderzoeken, afwijkingsanalyses en root cause investigations.
  • Organiseren en faciliteren van risicoanalyses en het definiëren van gepaste mitigerende maatregelen.
  • Ondersteunen van auditvoorbereidingen en productielanceringen.
  • Implementeren van proces- en systeemwijzigingen in het kader van nieuwe productintroducties.
  • Hands-on ondersteuning bieden in labo- en productieomgeving.
  • Coördineren van projectactiviteiten, opvolgen van planning, oplossen van issues en rapporteren van voortgang.
  • Samenwerken met diverse afdelingen, waaronder productie, kwaliteit, engineering en aseptische productie.
  • Actief bijdragen aan continue verbetering van processen, validatiemethodieken en projectuitvoering.
  • Ondersteunen van technische besluitvorming op basis van data, risicoanalyses en validatieresultaten.
  • Zorgen voor een tijdige en kwalitatieve oplevering van documentatie, validaties en projectdeliverables.

Profiel

  • Masterdiploma in een wetenschappelijke richting zoals Bio-ingenieur, Farmaceutische Wetenschappen, Biochemie, Biotechnologie of Industrieel Ingenieur.
  • Ervaring binnen een GMP-omgeving en kennis van validatieprocessen.
  • Idealiter een eerste ervaring (ongeveer 2 jaar) binnen validatieprojecten in een farmaceutische of gereguleerde omgeving.
  • Ervaring of sterke interesse in verpakkingsvalidatie is een belangrijke troef.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een gestructureerde aanpak.
  • Goede technische schrijfvaardigheden en ervaring met het opstellen van documentatie.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en vlotte samenwerking met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Pragmatisch, proactief en resultaatgericht.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en verantwoordelijkheid opnemen binnen projecten.
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en goede beheersing van het Engels.
