Robert Half is op zoek naar Lead Accountant (M/V/X) - Regio Lommel.

Volgende taken behoren tot jouw pakket als Lead Accountant (M/V/X):

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de algemene boekhouding van A tot Z, inclusief btw-aangiftes en betalingsverkeer;
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige maand- en jaarafsluiting volgens BE GAAP en bereidt de audit mee voor;
  • Je coördineert de dagelijkse werking van het accountingteam en stuurt 2 medewerkers aan op vlak van planning, prioriteiten en opvolging;
  • Je analyseert en optimaliseert accountingprocessen en zet interne controles op om de kwaliteit van de financiële werking te versterken;
  • Je ontwikkelt managementrapporteringen en volgt de projectboekhouding en analytische boekhouding nauwgezet op;
  • Je werkt actief mee aan de verdere uitbouw en optimalisatie van het ERP-systeem;
  • Je onderhoudt vlotte contacten met interne stakeholders en externe partijen zoals auditoren en fiscale instanties;
  • Je bewaakt deadlines, kwaliteitsstandaarden en uniforme werkafspraken binnen het team.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je beschikt minimaal over een bachelor in Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen accounting, idealiter in een projectgedreven omgeving;
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van BE GAAP;
  • Je hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen en kennis van Microsoft Dynamics is een sterke troef;
  • Je bent vertrouwd met rapporteringstools en ervaring met Power BI is een plus;
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur al een eerste ervaring in het aansturen van een team en weet goed te prioriteren, delegeren en opvolgen;
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
  • Je bent sterk IT-minded en neemt graag initiatief om processen te verbeteren;
  • Je voelt je goed in een omgeving met een directe en transparante communicatiestijl;
  • Je werkt hands-on, gestructureerd en beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
