Wir suchen für unseren Auftraggeber 1 Lead Analytics & Business Intelligence (w/m/d) Unser Kunde ist ein etabliertes, international tätiges Unternehmen mit starkem datengetriebenem Fokus und modernen Analytics- und BI-Strukturen. In dieser verantwortungsvollen Schlüsselrolle übernimmst du die fachliche und disziplinäre Führung eines spezialisierten Teams und gestaltest aktiv die Weiterentwicklung der unternehmensweiten Datenstrategie.

Das sind deine Aufgaben:

* Fachliche und disziplinäre Führung des Analytics & BI Teams

* Verantwortung für Personalmanagement sowie organisatorische und operative Teamsteuerung

* Analyse, Auswertung und verständliche Visualisierung komplexer Daten

* Leitung und Umsetzung von Data-Analytics- und BI-Projekten

* Sicherstellung effizienter Datenprozesse, stabiler Reporting-Strukturen und zukunftsfähiger BI-Lösungen

* Professionelles Stakeholdermanagement auf unterschiedlichen Hierarchieebenen

Das bringst du mit:

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Analytics & Business Intelligence, idealerweise mit Führungsverantwortung

* Ausgeprägte Durchsetzungs- und Kommunikationsstärke sowie Erfahrung im Stakeholdermanagement

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in

** BI-Architektur und Datenmodellierung

** Arbeiten in agilen Unternehmensumfeldern

* Erfahrung mit

** Big Data und Echtzeit-Datenverarbeitung

** Data Warehouse (DWH), Data Lake / Lakehouse

** Power BI Service

* Sehr gute SQL-Kenntnisse sowie Programmiererfahrung (z. B. Python)

* Know-how in Data Science, Statistik und Machine Learning

* Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Eine transparente, flexible, lernbereite und feedbackorientierte Persönlichkeit
