Of nu je kwaliteiten liggen in het beheer en optimaliseren van managementsystemen, leidinggeven of het uitvoeren van interne en/of externe audits, het aanbod bij BURG is reuze! - Ik zoek Coördinator Auditoren (Teamlead) - Landelijk - Vaste dienst - vanaf: €5000 Als Coördinator Auditoren ben je verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden, motiveren en coachen van jouw team van auditoren (3 tot 5 vaste medewerkers, aangevuld met externe specialisten). Jij draagt zorg voor een optimaal functionerend proces en bewaakt de uitvoering van audits volgens de gestelde normen en bedrijfsrichtlijnen. In jouw rol besteed je ongeveer één dag per week aan coördinatietaken, terwijl je de overige tijd actief blijft als Lead Auditor. Je houdt je bezig met het waarborgen van kwaliteit, het verbeteren van interne processen en het stimuleren van kennisdeling binnen het team. - Begeleiden en ontwikkelen van teamleden op het gebied van kennis en vaardigheden; - Sturen op prestaties en resultaten van zowel individuele medewerkers als het team als geheel; - Opstellen en uitvoeren van het jaarlijkse actieplan, afgestemd op de bedrijfsdoelstellingen; - Coördineren van werkoverleggen met directie, sales en kwaliteitsmanagers; - Signaleren van knelpunten in de operatie en bijdragen aan structurele verbeteringen; - Monitoren van de kwaliteit van externe collega's en waar nodig bijsturen; - Zorgen voor correcte en volledige rapportages richting de directie en klanten.
