Bij een ontwikkelaar van maritieme automatiseringssystemen in Sliedrecht ontwerp je de besturing van sleephopperzuigers en snijkopzuigers. Als Lead Automation Engineer vertaal je complexe baggerprocessen naar besturingsfilosofieën, systeemarchitecturen en functionele specificaties. Je werkt aan schepen en installaties die vaak nog in aanbouw zijn en stemt de technische keuzes af met de Lead Electrical Engineer. Daarbij bewaak je de samenhang tussen procesbesturing, elektrische installaties en software binnen projecten die een halfjaar tot twee jaar kunnen duren. In de dagelijkse praktijk stel je I/O-lijsten op, raam je software-uren en stuur je het softwareteam inhoudelijk aan. Je test de besturing, begeleidt de Factory Acceptance Test met de klant en ondersteunt waar nodig de installatie en overdracht aan boord. Samen met technische collega’s verdiep je je in PLC- en SCADA-systemen, regeltechniek en maritieme systeemeisen. Opleidingen en professionele ontwikkelmogelijkheden ondersteunen je verdere groei als technisch lead. Functie-inhoud - Ontwerpen van besturingsfilosofieën en systeemarchitecturen voor baggerschepen - Opstellen van functionele specificaties en I/O-lijsten - Afstemmen van technische oplossingen met de Lead Electrical Engineer en klanten - Ramen van software-uren en inhoudelijk aansturen van het softwareteam - Testen van besturingssoftware en uitvoeren van de FAT met de klant - Aanleveren van technische informatie voor gebruikershandleidingen - Ondersteunen van installatie en overdracht van systemen aan boord Functie-eisen - Hbo- of wo-opleiding met focus op industriële automatisering - Aantoonbare ontwerpervaring met complexe procesautomatisering en kennis van PLC, SCADA en regeltechniek - Kennis van relevante richtlijnen, normen, wetgeving en eisen van keuringsinstanties - Ervaring met functionele specificaties en het lezen van elektrische, pneumatische en hydraulische tekeningen - Ervaring met technische aansturing; je werkt nauwkeurig, prakti.
