Voor een internationale industriële groep in de regio van Roeselare, actief in een technisch complexe nichemarkt, zoeken we een Lead Automation Engineer. Je komt terecht in een solide organisatie die deel uitmaakt van een grotere groep, maar tegelijk de menselijke en toegankelijke sfeer van een familiebedrijf uitstraalt.

Binnen een team van 150 medewerkers werk je samen in een cultuur waar vertrouwen en open communicatie centraal staan. Er wordt gestreefd naar hoogstaande kwaliteit en maatwerk, zichtbaar in elke technische realisatie.

Om hun automatisatieafdeling verder te versterken, zoeken ze een Automation Teamlead die verbetertrajecten identificeert, processen efficiënter maakt en de werking toekomstbestendig uitbouwt.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Teamleader van het elektrisch onderhoudsteam neem je de planning en werkvoorbereiding op voor zowel curatief als preventief onderhoud aan productiegebonden automatisatiesystemen
  • Een nauwe samenwerking met de reliability engineer laat je toe automatisatieprojecten grondig voor te bereiden en van nabij op te volgen
  • De leden van je team krijgen van jou gerichte coaching en aansturing op het vlak van automatisatie en PLC-technologie
  • Je werkt actief verbeteringsvoorstellen uit rond automatisatie en levert zo een concrete bijdrage aan de voorbereidingen richting Industrie 4.0
  • Je behaalde een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in een technische richting zoals automatisering of elektromechanica
  • Enkele jaren ervaring binnen industrieel onderhoud geven jou een stevige voeling met de praktijk
  • Dankzij jouw talenkennis verloopt de communicatie in het Nederlands en Engels vlot en professioneel
