Iemand die richting geeft, draagvlak creëert en ervoor zorgt dat onze campagnes niet alleen zichtbaar zijn, maar ook bijdragen aan groei. Jouw rol Als Lead Brand & Campagne ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de verdere ontwikkeling en uitvoering van onze merk- en campagneaanpak. Je vertaalt de strategische ambities van Velderhof naar een duidelijke marketing- en campagnekoers en zorgt ervoor dat deze consequent zichtbaar is in alles wat we doen. Je geeft leiding aan het Brand & Campagne team, brengt focus in prioriteiten en bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor collega's binnen de organisatie. Je weet wanneer je moet inspireren, wanneer je moet bijsturen en wanneer je scherpe keuzes moet maken. Van merkpositionering en campagnestrategie tot budgetten, prestaties en teamontwikkeling: jij houdt het overzicht en zorgt dat alle onderdelen samenkomen in één krachtige merkervaring. Daarbij combineer je strategisch inzicht met een pragmatische aanpak en weet je mensen in beweging te krijgen om gezamenlijke doelen te realiseren. Waarom deze rol?
