Als Lead Buyer bij Deli Home ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor jouw inkoopcategorieën én geef je richting aan het Buying-team van 5 man. Je zorgt voor optimale beschikbaarheid, kosten en kwaliteit, terwijl je stuurt op leveranciersperformance, risico's en contract compliance en actief bijdraagt aan commerciële resultaten. Jouw rol Je beheert één of meerdere inkoopcategorieën en bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige inkoopproces: van strategie tot uitvoering. Daarnaast coördineer je het Buying-team, stel je prioriteiten en verdeel je capaciteit om doelstellingen te realiseren. Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor interne stakeholders en leveranciers en schakelt op tactisch en strategisch niveau binnen de commerciële organisatie. Wat ga je doen? - Eindverantwoordelijk voor jouw inkoopportfolio - Onderhandelen, contracteren en sturen op leveranciersperformance, risico's en compliance - Borgen van beschikbaarheid, kwaliteit en kosten - Coördineren en aansturen van Buyers, inclusief prioritering en capaciteitsverdeling - Vertalen en implementeren van inkoopstrategie - Realiseren van kostenbesparingen en optimaliseren van werkkapitaal - Signaleren van marktontwikkelingen en vertalen naar kansen, risico's en commerciële mogelijkheden (assortiment) - Intensief samenwerken met sales, product management en operations Wat breng jij mee? - HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau - Ervaring in een strategische inkooprol (bij voorkeur internationaal/complex) - Sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden en ervaring met leveranciersmanagement - Ervaring met het aansturen of coachen van collega's - Relevante productkennis of werkervaring in de doe-het-zelfbranche is een pré - Analytisch en data gedreven (o.a.
