Bij een internationaal opererende elektrotechnische specialist werk je aan geïntegreerde installaties voor de jachtbouw. Als Lead Commissioning Engineer Yachting in Aalsmeer ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor het testen, inbedrijfstellen en opleveren van maritieme elektrotechnische systemen. Je overziet de commissioning van power management systemen, schakelborden, PLC-besturingen en automatisering. Daarbij stuur je het commissioningteam op locatie aan en bewaak je dat de installaties veilig functioneren en voldoen aan de afgesproken specificaties. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je technische controles aan boord met het voorbereiden van testprocedures en het vastleggen van resultaten. Je stemt bevindingen af met je team, de klant en classificatiebureaus en begeleidt de stappen richting oplevering. De projecten vragen om reisbereidheid, ook internationaal. Door samenwerking met elektrotechnische specialisten en ruimte voor opleiding verdiep je je kennis van maritieme energieverdeling, besturingstechniek en systeemintegratie. Functie-inhoud - Commissioningteams op locatie aansturen en de technische voortgang bewaken - Elektrische installaties, schakelborden en power management systemen testen en in bedrijf stellen - De werking en samenhang van PLC-besturingen en maritieme automatisering controleren - Testprocedures opstellen en testresultaten vastleggen in rapportages - Technische bevindingen en acceptatiecriteria afstemmen met klanten en classificatiebureaus - Systemen volgens specificaties opleveren en de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor commissioning dragen Functie-eisen - Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding Elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar - Je hebt minimaal vijf jaar commissioningervaring in de jachtbouw - Je hebt ervaring met power management, PLC's en besturingstechniek - Je beschikt over VCA VOL en kennis van en kwalificaties voor werken volgens NEN 3140 - Je communiceert helder in het Nederlands en Engels en kunt een technisch team aansturen - Je bent bereid i.
