Vacature type Full time Part time We bieden de mogelijkheid om als Lead DCS Engineer Industriële Automatisering aan de slag te gaan. Je komt te werken bij onze vestiging in Deventer en gaat jouw expertise inzetten voor complexe en afwisselende procesautomatiseringsprojecten. Daarom krijg je toegang tot onze Academy en een bijna onbeperkt opleidingsbudget zodat jouw kennis van PCS7 en andere DCS platformen altijd up to date blijft. Bij MA-IT werken we aan uitdagende procesautomatiseringsprojecten in sectoren zoals food, feed, chemie, water en pharma. Als Lead DCS Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leiden en uitvoeren van DCS-projecten. Je stuurt een team van engineers aan, bewaakt de planning en zorgt voor een hoogwaardige projectuitvoering. Je onderhoudt direct contact met de klant, schrijft functionele ontwerpen en technische ontwerpen en vertaalt deze naar een robuuste DCS-architectuur. Je werkt hoofdzakelijk met Siemens PCS7 maar zult ook te maken krijgen met andere DCS-platformen zoals ABB 800xA, Emerson DeltaV, Honeywell, Experion of Yokogawa. Daarnaast implementeer je waar nodig SCADA en MES koppelingen en werk je volgens standaarden als ISA 88 en ISA 95. - Leidinggeven aan DCS-projecten en engineering teams - Het opstellen van functionele ontwerpen en technische ontwerpen voor procesbesturing - Ontwerpen en configureren van PCS7 inclusief CFC, SFC en batch - Integreren van SCADA en MES systemen binnen de procesarchitectuur - Inbedrijfstellen van systemen op locatie bij de klant - Een technische HBO-opleiding zoals elektrotechniek industriële automatisering of IT of een HBO werk en denkniveau verkregen door relevante werkervaring - Minimaal 7 jaar ervaring met DCS-systemen waarvan b...
