The posting

Bij een technisch dienstverlener in Deventer leid je procesautomatiseringsprojecten voor de food-, feed-, chemie-, water- en farmaceutische sector. Als Lead DCS Engineer combineer je technische verantwoordelijkheid met het aansturen van engineers. Je vertaalt procesvragen naar functionele en technische ontwerpen en bouwt aan een robuuste DCS-architectuur. Siemens PCS7 vormt daarbij de basis, met werkzaamheden aan CFC, SFC en batchbesturing. Ook integraties met SCADA en MES horen bij je werk, volgens standaarden als ISA 88 en ISA 95. In de dagelijkse praktijk overleg je rechtstreeks met klanten, bewaak je de planning en werk je mee aan configuratie en inbedrijfstelling. Je helpt junior en medior engineers bij technische keuzes en houdt aandacht voor begrijpelijke operatorbeelden en zorgvuldige documentatie. Via systeemtrainingen, opleidingen en persoonlijke coaching verdiep je jouw DCS-kennis en ontwikkel je jouw technische leiderschap verder. Functie-inhoud - Leid DCS-projecten, stuur het engineeringteam aan en bewaak planning en uitvoeringskwaliteit - Stem procesvragen af met klanten en stel functionele en technische ontwerpen op - Ontwerp en configureer Siemens PCS7 met CFC, SFC en batchfunctionaliteit - Integreer SCADA- en MES-systemen volgens ISA 88 en ISA 95 - Ontwikkel operatorgerichte visualisaties en stel systemen in bedrijf bij klanten - Coach junior en medior engineers bij ontwerpkeuzes en technische vraagstukken - Verzorg projectdocumentatie en technische rapportages Functie-eisen - Technische hbo-opleiding in elektrotechniek, industriële automatisering of IT, of gelijkwaardig niveau door werkervaring - Minimaal zeven jaar DCS-ervaring, bij voorkeur meerdere jaren met Siemens PCS7 - Ervaring met grote industriële procesomgevingen en operatorgerichte procesvisualisaties - Ervaring met projectmanagement en het aansturen van technische teams - Goede beheersing van het Nederlands en heldere communicatie met klanten en engineers - Kennis van ABB 800xA, Emer.
