Jouw rol Als Lead Developer weet jij precies welke richting jij samen met jouw team in gaat, en wat er nodig is om gezamenlijk de doelen te behalen. Je bent altijd bezig met het vinden van de perfecte technische oplossing voor je klanten. Ook het meedenken over het front-end en de vertaling van design naar webapplicatie is voor jou niet vreemd. Je doet dit nu al een tijdje en je hebt geleerd van je fouten uit het verleden. Dit maakt dat je klaar bent voor de volgende stap in je carrière. Jouw profiel - Je hebt minimaal 6 jaar werkervaring als ontwikkelaar in de Microsoft-stack. Daarbij heb je minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende rol. - Je bent vanuit jouw ervaring een natuurlijke en inspirerende leider. Je werkt zelf mee aan het eindresultaat, en verkiest faciliteren en ondersteunen boven directe instructies. - Je pakt graag verantwoordelijkheid. Zo toon je initiatief om samen met de andere Lead Developers bedrijfsbrede standaarden en voorbeelden uit te zetten. - Je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van zowel Nederlands als Engels. - Je houdt het overzicht in complexe softwareprojecten en krijgt er veel energie van om hiervoor de architectuur te bedenken én verwezenlijken. - Natuurlijk ben je bekend met Scrum en je weet hoe te opereren in Scrum-teams. Ervaring met een rol als Scrum Master komt goed van pas. - Je bent meester in C#, ASP.NET / .NET...
