Als Lead Engineer werk je aan het ontwerpen en realiseren van hoogspanningsinstallaties en stuur je een team aan om complexe projecten succesvol af te ronden. Vanuit deze locatie wordt gewerkt aan projecten die bijdragen aan de betrouwbaarheid en toekomstbestendigheid van het elektriciteitsnet. De organisatie is een technisch gedreven waar innovatie, kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan. Dagelijks wordt gewerkt aan slimme en duurzame oplossingen voor de energietransitie. Door kennis te bundelen en continu te investeren in technologie en ontwikkeling, weet onze opdrachtgever hoogwaardige projecten te realiseren en langdurige samenwerkingen op te bouwen. Wat ga je doen? Als Lead Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen van hoogspanningsinstallaties samen met jouw team. Je werkt nauw samen met engineers en tekenaars en neemt een sturende rol binnen het projectteam. Het ontwerpwerk vormt de kern van de functie, waarbij technische expertise wordt gecombineerd met coördinatie. Daarnaast bewaak je de voortgang van projecten op het gebied van planning, budget en kwaliteit. Er wordt continu geschakeld met interne collega's en de opdrachtgever om verwachtingen helder te houden en resultaten te waarborgen. Als verbindende factor binnen het team zorg je ervoor dat iedereen optimaal kan presteren en projecten succesvol worden opgeleverd. Wij bieden Je komt terecht in een afwisselende functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte voor eigen initiatief. Het salaris ligt tussen €3800 en €5500, afhankelijk van ervaring en achtergrond.
