Samen met jouw team realiseer je slimme en betrouwbare oplossingen voor onder andere tunnels, bruggen, industriële installaties en energie- en waterinfrastructuur. Impact: Je bent technisch eindverantwoordelijk voor omvangrijke projecten met een hoog afbreukrisico. Ondernemerschap: Je combineert technische diepgang met projectmatige en commerciële verantwoordelijkheid. Leiderschap: Je stuurt één of meerdere software- en applicatie engineers aan en fungeert als mentor en technisch geweten binnen het team. Jij gaat het maken Als Lead Engineer ben jij het technisch kompas van het projectteam. Je houdt overzicht, brengt structuur en helpt collega's om het beste werk te leveren. Je bent onder andere verantwoordelijk voor: - Stelt functionele en technische ontwerpen op (en laat deze opstellen) voor complexe automatiseringssystemen. - Analyseert projecten en deelt deze op in heldere deelsystemen, inclusief het bepalen van raakvlakken en risico's. - Coördineert en stuurt software- en applicatie engineers inhoudelijk aan. - Bewaakt planning, uren en kosten en zorgt dat projecten technisch én financieel op koers blijven. - Begeleidt testen, inbedrijfstellingen en systeemintegraties op locatie of op afstand. - Zorgt voor correcte en volledige gebruikers-, systeem- en programmadocumentatie. - Adviseert in de offerte- en aanbiedingsfase, inclusief (deel)calcula...
