Als Lead Engineer Elektriciteit & Instrumentatie Projecten ben je verantwoordelijk voor het technisch uitwerken en realiseren van investerings- en moderniseringsprojecten binnen een internationale productieomgeving in Noord-Limburg. De organisatie bevindt zich in een belangrijke vernieuwingsfase waarbij automatisering, standaardisatie en duurzame investeringen centraal staan.

Binnen deze rol ligt de focus op het zelfstandig trekken van complexe technische projecten van analyse tot oplevering. De functie combineert diepgaande expertise in elektriciteit, instrumentatie en sturingen met een sterke aanwezigheid op de werkvloer en een nauwe samenwerking met techniekers en externe partners.

Wat ga je doen?

Projectengineering & technische uitwerking

  • Opstellen van functionele analyses, technische specificaties en lastenboeken voor industriële investeringsprojecten.
  • Uitwerken van elektrische schema's, kabelberekeningen en technische dimensioneringen.
  • Selecteren en specificeren van instrumentatiecomponenten en elektrische installaties.
  • Technisch uitwerken van projecten rond powerdistributie, machinebesturingen, processturingen en energie-infrastructuur.
  • Meewerken aan vernieuwingsprojecten zoals zonnepanelen, laadinfrastructuur en automatiseringsinitiatieven.

Projectopvolging & technische ondersteuning

  • Opstellen van werkpakketten voor externe contractors en opvolgen van de uitvoering op de werkvloer.
  • Fungeren als technisch aanspreekpunt voor techniekers, productie en interne stakeholders.
  • Ondersteunen van technische teams bij vraagstukken rond instrumentatie, DCS-systemen en elektrische installaties.
  • Samenwerken met collega's gespecialiseerd in PLC-programmatie, netwerken, HMI's en machine safety.
  • Bijdragen aan de verdere uitbouw van technische standaarden en structurele verbeteringen binnen de organisatie.
  • Master of bachelor binnen een technische richting, bij voorkeur elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Bij voorkeur 20 tot 25 jaar ervaring binnen industriële projectengineering.
  • Ervaring binnen een chemische of procesmatige productieomgeving.
  • Technische ervaring met machines en industriële productie-installaties.
  • Grondige kennis van elektrische installaties, instrumentatie en automatisatie.
  • Sterke expertise binnen minstens twee van onderstaande domeinen: DCS-systemen, bij voorkeur Emerson Veiligheidssturingen Powerdistributie
  • In staat om zelfstandig technische analyses, ontwerpen en berekeningen uit te voeren.
  • Hands-on ingesteld en sterk aanwezig op de werkvloer.
  • Communicatief sterk in samenwerking met techniekers, contractors en interne stakeholders.
  • Zelfstarter met maturiteit, verantwoordelijkheidszin en focus op lange termijn engagement.
