The posting

Bij een technische organisatie in Wijhe werk je aan elektrotechniek en industriële automatisering voor infrastructuur, energie en industrie. Als Lead Engineer stuur je het ontwerp aan van installaties voor onder meer bruggen, sluizen en gemalen. Je vertaalt klantwensen naar functionele en technische ontwerpen en bewaakt de samenhang tussen elektrotechniek, PLC-besturing en SCADA. Daarbij draag je verantwoordelijkheid voor technische kwaliteit, veiligheid, planning en budget. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je ontwerpwerk met testen, inbedrijfstelling en technische begeleiding. Je werkt met Siemens S7 en Beckhoff TwinCAT en stemt af met elektrotechnische engineers, automatiseringsspecialisten en de klant. Je coacht collega's, beoordeelt ontwerpkeuzes en ondersteunt de uitvoering, zowel intern als op locatie. Door die combinatie verdiep je je vakkennis van besturingssystemen, verificatie en validatie en ontwikkel je je verder in technisch leiderschap. Functie-inhoud - Leiden van multidisciplinaire engineering en bewaken van technische kwaliteit, planning, budget en capaciteit - Aansturen en coachen van elektrotechnische engineers en automatiseringsspecialisten - Vertalen van klantwensen naar functionele en technische ontwerpen met aandacht voor maakbaarheid en duurzaamheid - Integreren van PLC-besturingen en SCADA/HMI in elektrotechnische installaties - Ontwerpen en beoordelen van besturingssoftware met Siemens S7, Beckhoff TwinCAT, Structured Text en Ladder - Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses, veiligheidsreviews en verificatie- en validatieactiviteiten - Begeleiden van testen en inbedrijfstelling en bieden van technische ondersteuning tijdens de uitvoering Functie-eisen - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding Elektrotechniek, Industriële Automatisering of vergelijkbaar - Grondige kennis van elektrotechnische installaties en PLC- en SCADA-systemen, bij voorkeur Siemens TIA Portal en WinCC - Vaardigheid in technisch leiderschap, coaching en heldere afstemming met klanten en colleg.
