dé verbinder van leiderschap en technologie Als Lead Engineer Elektrotechniek geef je richting aan duurzame gebouwgebonden installaties in Maastricht en Den Bosch. De functie Als Lead Engineer Elektrotechniek coördineer je ontwerpen en berekeningen voor gebouwgebonden installaties in de utiliteitsbouw. Je werkt aan midden- en laagspanningsinstallaties en duurzame gebouwconcepten in een BIM-omgeving met Revit en BIM360Docs. Daarbij stuur je design engineers en modelleurs aan en bewaak je voortgang, kwaliteit, budget en technische uitgangspunten. Jouw taken - Coördineren, plannen en ontwikkelen van elektrotechnische ontwerpen en berekeningen. - Ontwerpen van midden- en laagspanningsinstallaties, verlichting, brandbeveiliging, detectiesystemen en communicatienetwerken. - Aansturen van design engineers en modelleurs. - Bewaken van voortgang, kwaliteit, budget en technische uitgangspunten. - Samenwerken in multidisciplinaire projectteams, nationaal en internationaal. - Werken in een BIM-omgeving met onder andere Revit en BIM360Docs. - Bijdragen aan duurzame, slimme en toekomstbestendige gebouwconcepten, waaronder energieneutrale gebouwen, WKO-systemen, PV-installaties en smart building-oplossingen. Wij vragen - HBO of WO opleiding Elektrotechniek (installatietechniek) vereist. - Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als elektrotechnisch engineer in gebouwgebonden installatietechniek. - Aantoonbare ervaring met het ontwerpen van midden- en laagspanningsinstallaties in de utiliteitsbouw. - Ervaring met gebouwgebonden installaties en verduurzaming van gebouwgebonden installaties. - Aantoonbare BIM-werkervaring wordt nadrukkelijk gevraagd; ervaring met Revit MEP is een pre. - Je bent op de hoogte van de installatietechnische Nederlandse wet- en regelgeving. - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal. - Een proactieve houding en het vermogen om buiten gebaande paden te denken.
