dé verbinder van leiderschap en technologie Als Lead Engineer HVAC / Projectcoördinator verbind je klant, engineering en uitvoering binnen industriële projecten in Leiden. De functie Als Lead Engineer HVAC / Projectcoördinator ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt tussen de klant en de organisatie binnen een industriële, multidisciplinaire projectomgeving. Je coördineert HVAC-gerelateerde werkzaamheden en verbindt klant, engineering, contractors en uitvoering rond scope, planning, budget en deliverables. De nadruk ligt op structureren en opvolgen, niet op het zelf uitvoeren van detailengineering. Jouw taken - Je vertaalt klantvragen naar concrete acties en coördineert aanvragen richting de juiste disciplines en back-officeteams. - Je beoordeelt en stemt de projectscope af. - Je stelt startdocumenten en projectinformatie op en houdt deze bij. - Je bewaakt planning, voortgang, budget en deliverables. - Je signaleert afwijkingen en escaleert deze waar nodig. - Je onderhoudt contact met de klant, het projectteam, contractors en engineeringdisciplines. - Je ondersteunt bij offertes, RFQ's, contractorscopes en uitvoeringsgerichte vraagstukken. - Je zorgt voor een goede vertaling van engineering naar uitvoering op locatie. Wij vragen - HBO-opleiding vereist. - Minimaal 2 jaar relevante ervaring vereist. - Ervaring met industriële of multidisciplinaire technische projecten is gewenst. - Ervaring met klantcontact, projectcoördinatie of lead engineering is gewenst. - Affiniteit met HVAC-installaties en gebouwgebonden techniek is gewenst. - Kennis van HVAC is een duidelijke pre. Je bent een sterke gesprekspartner en relatiebouwer en beschikt over sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden. Je houdt overzicht, neemt eigenaarschap, werkt zelfstandig, volgt acties proactief op, hebt een praktische instelling en kunt schakelen tussen klant, uitvoering en engineering.
