Bij een landelijk opererend ingenieursbureau in Groningen ben je als Lead Engineer Industriële Automatisering technisch verantwoordelijk voor industriële automatiseringsprojecten. Je combineert uitvoerende engineering met het aansturen van engineers en vertaalt projectdoelen naar werkbare technische oplossingen. Daarbij bewaak je de kwaliteit, scope, planning en het budget. Je werkt aan detacheringsopdrachten en inhouse projecten in de noordelijke regio, met ruimte om opdrachten te kiezen die aansluiten bij jouw expertise en ambities. In de dagelijkse praktijk bespreek je ontwerpkeuzes met engineers, stem je eisen af met opdrachtgevers en help je complexe besturingsvraagstukken op te lossen. Je houdt de samenhang tussen besturing, bediening en industriële processen scherp in het oog. Door collega's te coachen en technische kennis te delen, ontwikkel je het team én je eigen leiderschap. Opleidingsmogelijkheden ondersteunen je verdere vakinhoudelijke groei. Je werkt afwisselend bij opdrachtgevers, op kantoor en vanuit huis. Functie-inhoud - Leid en coach engineers bij het ontwerpen en realiseren van industriële automatiseringssystemen - Vertaal projecteisen naar technische strategieën, ontwerpkeuzes en uitvoerbare oplossingen - Werk zelf mee aan het ontwerp en de ontwikkeling van geautomatiseerde systemen en processen - Bewaak de technische kwaliteit, projectscope, planning en budgetten - Stem voortgang, technische keuzes en verwachtingen af met opdrachtgevers en stakeholders - Los complexe besturingsvraagstukken op en beperk technische projectrisico's - Deel vakkennis en ondersteun de ontwikkeling van engineers binnen je team Functie-eisen - Je beschikt over aantoonbaar hbo-werk- en -denkniveau - Je hebt ruime ervaring binnen industriële automatisering en kunt technische verantwoordelijkheid dragen - Je combineert inhoudelijke engineeringkennis met het aansturen en coachen van collega's - Je communiceert overtuigend en neemt opdrachtgevers en stakeholders mee in t.
