The posting

In deze functie ben je de verbindende factor binnen het project. Je houdt overzicht, stuurt het engineeringteam aan en blijft tegelijkertijd technisch betrokken bij het ontwerp. Geen dag is hetzelfde en juist die afwisseling maakt deze rol interessant. • Coördineren van werktuigbouwkundige engineeringprojecten van ontwerp tot realisatie. • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van engineers binnen het projectteam. • Bewaken van planning, budget, kwaliteit en technische voortgang. • Onderhouden van contact met klanten en hen meenemen in het ontwerpproces. • Afstemmen met leveranciers en verschillende technische disciplines. • Meedenken over technische oplossingen en waar nodig zelf ontwerpen uitwerken. • Werken aan uiteenlopende projecten binnen onder andere machinebouw, food, hijstechniek en offshore equipment.

Functie-eisen: Je bent technisch sterk, maar vindt het minstens zo leuk om mensen en projecten in beweging te krijgen. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, communiceert makkelijk en weet wanneer je moet bijsturen. Een achtergrond in werktuigbouwkunde of mechatronica vormt een goede basis. • HBO of WO werk- en denkniveau in Werktuigbouwkunde, Mechatronica of een vergelijkbare technische richting. • Enkele jaren ervaring binnen mechanical engineering, machinebouw of een vergelijkbare technische omgeving. • Ervaring met 3D CAD-software, zoals Solid Edge, SolidWorks of Inventor. • Kennis van PDM-systemen en technisch projectmatig werken. • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om verschillende disciplines met elkaar te verbinden. • Je bent proactief, zelfstandig, flexibel en resultaatgericht. • Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels en in het bezit van rijbewijs B.
