Wat als jij ervoor zorgt dat het ontwerp van een onderstation niet op papier blijft? Als lead engineer openbaar vervoer in Gouda vertaal je de energiebehoefte van spoor, tram, metro en emissieloos vervoer naar een veilig en uitvoerbaar ontwerp. Je verbindt engineers, ontwerpleiding en uitvoering en houdt grip op techniek, eisen en raakvlakken.

Maak het mogelijk

Jij bent de inhoudelijke spil tussen de ontwerpleider en het engineeringteam. De ontwerpleider bewaakt het integrale ontwerpproces. Jij stuurt de technische uitwerking aan en zorgt dat alle onderdelen samen één werkend systeem vormen. Je blijft dicht bij de inhoud, maakt ontwerpkeuzes bespreekbaar en voorkomt dat vragen doorschuiven naar de bouwplaats.

Je werkt aan energievoorziening voor openbaar vervoer. Denk aan modulaire onderstations, tractie-energie, walstroom, laadvoorzieningen en laag- en middenspanningsinstallaties. Je begeleidt ontwerpen vanaf het voorlopig ontwerp tot en met het uitvoeringsontwerp. De nadruk ligt op het ontwerp waarmee collega’s buiten daadwerkelijk gaan bouwen, testen en opleveren.

In jouw werk:

- Vertaal je klanteisen en projectdoelen naar technische uitgangspunten en ontwerpkeuzes; - Verdeel en coördineer je engineeringwerk binnen het team en bij externe ingenieursbureaus; - Beoordeel je berekeningen, tekeningen, schema’s, specificaties en technische documentatie; - Bewaak je raakvlakken tussen energievoorziening, civiele onderdelen, kabels en leidingen en uitvoering; - Signaleer je risico’s, afwijkingen en ontbrekende informatie voordat deze de uitvoering raken; - Stem je af met de ontwerpleider, werkvoorbereiding, uitvoering, opdrachtgever en andere disciplines; - Zorg je dat ontwerpkeuzes aantoonbaar voldoen aan eisen, veiligheid en ontwerpvoorschriften; - Begeleid je engineers inhoudelijk en help je hen groeien in kwaliteit en zelfstandigheid.
