In het kort: Je gaat als Lead Engineer de engineering en realisatie van hoogspanningsverbindingen aansturen, technische specificaties en ontwerpen beoordelen, contractpartners en engineers begeleiden en testen en inbedrijfstelling op projectlocaties coördineren. Lead Engineer Introductie Hoe houd jij Nederland aan? Als Lead Engineer Verbindingen ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de regie over het ontwerpproces van 380 kV en 150kV hoogspanningsverbindingen vanaf Basis Ontwerp tot en met de Realisatie. Jij stuurt daarvoor alle technische disciplines binnen het werkterrein aan. Daarbij ben je met regelmaat buiten op onze bouwlocaties te vinden voor een goede samenwerking met de projectteamleden en interne en externe stakeholders. Hierbij is continu aandacht voor kansen en risicomanagement van belang. Onshore zorgt voor de veilige, tijdige en betrouwbare realisatie van nieuwe aansluitingen en netverzwaringen op land. Daarnaast onderhoudt deze divisie het bestaande net en optimaliseert zij het gebruik ervan, zodat overal het licht blijft branden. De kerntaken van Onshore zijn projectontwikkeling en -realisatie, onderhoud en assetmanagement, vergunningen, veiligheid, standaarden en kwaliteitsborging. De focus ligt op samenwerking en voorspelbaarheid voor klanten en andere stakeholders. Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden? - Je werkt aan uitdagende 380 kV en150 kV hoogspanningsverbinding projecten - Je stuurt discipline engineers en de contractpartners aan en bent verantwoordelijk voor alle technische aspecten van een project zoals project specificaties, tekeningen en berekeningen voor verschillende contracttypen (UAV en UAV-GC) - Je bent direct betrokken bij een project in de realisatie fase: vanaf het ontwerp tot en met de hoogspanningstesten en Inbedrijfname en bent regelmatig te vinden op een projectlocatie - Je onderhoudt nauwe contacten met diverse interne en externe stakeholders, zoals het omgevingsteam, K&L eigenaren, regionale netbeheerders, engineers van opdr.
