Ben jij de teamspeler met structuur, die integraal kan denken en werken? Dan zoeken wij jou! Lead engineer werktuigbouw Jouw bijdrage Als Lead engineer vorm je de spil van het projectteam! Dat betekent dat je werkzaamheden variëren, maar altijd in het teken staan van het technisch slagen van een project. Zo stel je onder andere het complete ontwerp vast, je bepaalt de benodigde engineeringscapaciteit en bewaakt de voortgang hiervan. Coördinatie en verantwoordelijkheid Jij zorgt bovendien voor een gestroomlijnde samenwerking binnen je team en met alle betrokken partijen. De aansturing van engineers en constructeurs valt dan ook onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid. In dit kader houd je een scherp oog op het budget, de afgesproken planning en de begroting. Jouw inhoudelijke kennis breng je in de praktijk door de technische ontwerpen te beoordelen op onder andere veiligheid, maakbaarheid en kosten. Je houdt daarbij natuurlijk ook rekening met de richtlijnen, normen en voorschriften die bij het project horen. Betrokken op alle fronten Jouw coördinerende rol betekent ook dat je betrokken bent bij de verschillende ontwerpfases en de diverse contract- en samenwerkingsvormen. Bovendien houd je bij het projectteamoverleg rekening met de wensen en behoeften van alle betrokken partijen op het gebied van techniek, planning en budget. Oog voor de omgeving Samen met opdrachtgevers en ketenpartners werken we aan een toekomstbestendige leefomgeving. Dat betekent dat we ook bij onze projecten aandacht hebben voor een veilige en milieuvriendelijke werklocatie. De mogelijke risico's (en verbeteringen!)) heb jij als lead engineer in kaart, waarbij je er op toe ziet dat deze zowel intern als extern worden nageleefd.
