Wat ga je doen Door de groei van onze projecten en de verdere ontwikkeling van de afdeling Proces- en Informatiemanagement zoeken wij een Lead Informatiemanager. In deze nieuwe functie geef je richting aan het vakgebied Informatiemanagement binnen de afdeling Proces- en Informatiemanagement en bouw je mee aan de verdere professionalisering van onze projecten, processen en systemen. Je rapporteert aan de Manager Proces- en Informatiemanagement. Je combineert leidinggeven met inhoudelijke betrokkenheid. Enerzijds stuur je het team Informatiemanagement en Document Control aan, anderzijds ondersteun je vanuit het Project Start-Up Team onze projecten bij de inrichting van hun informatievoorziening. Je zorgt ervoor dat projectteams beschikken over de juiste systemen, werkprocessen en ondersteuning om projectinformatie beheerst, toegankelijk en betrouwbaar vast te leggen. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verdere ontwikkeling van Informatiemanagement binnen Ballast Nedam Infra. Je ontwikkelt en implementeert standaarden, stimuleert kennisdeling en werkt samen met projecten, ICT en proceseigenaren aan een toekomstbestendige informatievoorziening. Ook speel je een belangrijke rol in de ontwikkeling en toepassing van systemen zoals Relatics, Autodesk Forma, VISI, Maximo en Data Manager. Je signaleert kansen voor verdere digitalisering en onderzoekt hoe data en AI kunnen bijdragen aan betere projectbeheersing en efficiëntere processen.
