Voor INTOS Interior Products zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Lead Operations Assembly die een sleutelrol speelt in het opzetten en opschalen van onze nieuwe productorganisatie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat we niet terugvallen in projectmatig werken, maar daadwerkelijk bouwen aan een professionele, gestandaardiseerde en schaalbare assemblageoperatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen, inrichten en verder ontwikkelen van de assemblageomgeving. Van flow-productie en werkwijzen tot kwaliteitsstandaarden, logistieke stromen en leverbetrouwbaarheid: jij brengt structuur, voorspelbaarheid en rust in de operatie. Je voelt je prettig in een omgeving waar nog niet alles vaststaat. Juist dat geeft jou energie. Jij weet hoofd- van bijzaken te scheiden, processen pragmatisch op te bouwen en keuzes te maken die bijdragen aan schaalbaarheid, kwaliteit en operationele stabiliteit op de lange termijn. Hoewel inkoop centraal georganiseerd is binnen INTOS, ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een goed functionerende operationele supply chain richting assemblage. Jij zorgt ervoor dat logistieke processen, materiaalstromen en operationele afstemming met inkoop, leveranciers en interne teams optimaal georganiseerd zijn. Je combineert een sterke operationele basis met een praktische mentaliteit. Je begrijpt hoe je een productieomgeving professioneel organiseert zonder onnodige bureaucratie te creëren. Jij weet complexiteit terug te brengen tot werkbare processen die teams helpen om iedere dag beter te presteren.
