Als Lead Operator in onze brouwerij in Zoeterwoude combineer je jouw ervaring in de productie met het begeleiden van collega's en het verbeteren van de dagelijkse operatie. Ben jij klaar voor de volgende stap? Wat ga je doen als Lead Operator? Als Lead Operator vervul je een sleutelrol in het optimaal laten presteren van onze verpakkingslijnen. Je geeft functioneel leiding aan een team van Operators en ondersteunt de Line Lead bij het aansturen van de dagelijkse operatie. Daarnaast werk je mee aan operationele verbeterprojecten en voer je verschillende ondersteunende leidinggevende taken uit. Werktijden: Je werkt in een 4.5-ploegendienst met de volgende diensten: Ochtend: 07:00 - 15:00 uur Avond: 15:00 - 23:00 uur Nacht: 23:00 - 07:00 uur Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn: - Het coördineren van werkzaamheden aan de verpakkingslijn. - Het functioneel begeleiden en ondersteunen van medewerkers binnen de ploeg en het bijdragen aan een professioneel en prettig werkklimaat. - Het uitvoeren, beheren en borgen van operationele standaarden binnen de ploeg en daarbij als ambassadeur optreden voor het naleven van de gewenste bedrijfsprocedures. - Het leveren van input voor ontwikkel- en verbeterplannen van medewerkers en sturen op gedrag binnen de ploeg. - Het bijdragen aan verbeterteams door deze voor te zitten en werkprocessen, systemen en procedures te verbeteren. - Het operationeel bijdragen aan bezetting van de lijn, door bij te springen bij uitval van medewerkers.
