In deze rol vorm je samen met de Supervisor de operationele leiding van de crew tijdens internationale Hydraulic Workover-projecten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van het operationele team, de uitvoering van de werkzaamheden en de veilige inzet van alle equipment. Daarnaast ben je een belangrijke sparringpartner van de Supervisor en begeleid je de ontwikkeling van Operators en Senior Operators. Je werkzaamheden zijn veelzijdig en bestaan onder andere uit: - Dagelijkse operationele leiding over de crew tijdens projecten; - Verantwoordelijk voor de veilige uitvoering van Hydraulic Workover-operaties; - Coördineren van rig-up, rig-down en operationele werkzaamheden; - Aansturen, coachen en begeleiden van Operators en Senior Operators; - Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid op locatie; - Toezien op correct gebruik van BOP's, high-pressure equipment en well control systemen; - Intensief samenwerken met de Supervisor en fungeren als diens rechterhand; - Bijdragen aan continue verbetering van werkprocessen. Functie-eisen - MBO/HBO werk- en denkniveau; - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen de olie- en gasindustrie; - Ruime ervaring met Hydraulic Workover; - Ervaring met het aansturen van operationele crews; - Sterke kennis van BOP's, high-pressure systemen, well control en veiligheidsprocedures; - Natuurlijk leiderschap en coachende vaardigheden; - Bereidheid om internationaal in rotaties te werken; - Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal.
