Jij bent een zelfstandige, nauwkeurige Lead Werkvoorbereider met een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. Je stuurt een team van werkvoorbereiders aan en zorgt dat onderhoudswerkzaamheden veilig, efficiënt en tijdig worden voorbereid. Herken jij jezelf hierin? Dan ligt hier jouw volgende stap. Jouw uitdaging Als Lead Werkvoorbereider geef je leiding aan een team van circa zeven werkvoorbereiders voor zowel werktuigbouwkundige als E&I‑werkzaamheden. Je besteedt het grootste deel van je tijd aan coaching, overleg en het bewaken van KPI's en werkvoorraden. Daarnaast bereid je zelf correctief en preventief onderhoud voor op de locaties Hengelo en Haaksbergen. Je borgt veilige uitvoering, bewaakt werkprocessen en bent het aanspreekpunt voor technische wijzigingen binnen de MoC‑procedure. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden - Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van werkvoorbereiders. - Toezien op correcte uitvoering van werkprocessen en werkvergunningen. - Financiële forecasting van aankomende onderhoudswerkzamheden - Zorgvuldige voorbereiding van preventief en correctief onderhoud. - Bepalen van tijd, materialen, onderdelen en services. - Afstemming met Productie en externe firma's. - Verwerken van werkopdrachten en bewaken van KPI's.
