In het kort: Lead Planning Certify360 | Rotterdam (hybride) | 32-40 uur | €4.243 tot €5.720 bruto per maand | Je bouwt het planningsteam om naar een AI-ondersteunde manier van werken en stuurt daarbij 4 à 5 collega’s aan.

Een training loopt niet vol. Jouw team ziet het nog voordat het een probleem wordt. Deadlines worden hierop aangepast, trainers herverdeelt en samen met je team stuur je dit bij. Over anderhalf jaar doet een AI-engine een groot deel van dat werk zelf. Trainers en locaties selecteren, facturen koppelen aan referentienummers. Wat nu nog handwerk is, wordt dan validatie. Jij bouwt dat systeem mee op, en jij bent straks degene die het draaiende houdt. Van uitvoerder naar validator Nu bewaak jouw team nog zelf de planning van meerdere labels: bezettingsgraden worden handmatig geoptimaliseerd, worden kansen gesignaleerd en zorgen de planners dat trainingen op tijd en goed bezet zijn. Dat werk ken je, of je leert het snel. Maar de rol verandert. Naarmate de AI-engine meer overneemt, verschuift het werk van jouw team van uitvoeren naar controleren en bijsturen. Je herkent wanneer een uitzondering menselijke aandacht nodig heeft. Je vertaalt wat het systeem signaleert naar een advies aan de directie. Bij grote Nederlandse bedrijven zie je dit al gebeuren: gesprekken die automatisch worden samengevat, standaardvragen die het systeem zelf beantwoordt terwijl mensen de uitzonderingen oppakken. Die kant gaat planning bij Certify360 ook op. Naarmate AI en mensen beter op elkaar ingespeeld raken, verschuift ook waar jij goed in wordt. Meer advies, coaching en oog voor kwaliteit.
