Maar wél transformeren.

Bij Certify360 EdTech Group bouwen we aan een toonaangevend platform voor educatie, examinering en certificering in gereguleerde markten. We groeien snel en zetten AI steeds slimmer in om onze planning schaalbaar en toekomstbestendig te maken. Als Lead Planning ben je de schakel tussen mens en machine. Je zorgt dat de planning van vandaag strak staat, terwijl je tegelijkertijd de overgang leidt naar een AI-ondersteund planningsmodel. Je stuurt het planningsteam aan, bewaakt de capaciteitsplanning over meerdere labels en werkt nauw samen met Operations, IT en Data. Maar je doet meer dan operatie draaiende houden. Je bent ook adviseur. Je ziet eerder dan anderen waar risico’s zitten, waar kansen liggen en welke keuzes op korte én lange termijn impact hebben. En je durft dat ook te zeggen – ook als dat betekent dat je de directie adviseert om een andere koers te varen. Wat ga je doen?

- Planningsteam aansturen – coachen, ontwikkelen, prioriteiten bewaken

- End-to-end planning over meerdere labels – Lindenhaeghe, CS Opleidingen, FOI, Learncare, WWZ Academie, Examenadviesburo

- Strategisch adviseren – je bent gesprekspartner voor de directie, signaleert risico’s, adviseert over capaciteit, bezettingsgraden en rendement

- Transitie naar AI-ondersteuning leiden – processen slimmer inrichten, je team meenemen in verandering

- Optimaliseren met data en AI-tools – Excel, analyses, patronen signaleren en vertalen naar concrete verbeteringen

- Rapporteren en schakelen – met Operations, IT, Data en directie – jij vertaalt co
