1 Lead Platform Architect Architektur. System. Entscheidung. Du baust die technische Grundlage der TOMORIS Plattform. Bei TOMORIS geht es nicht um einzelne Systeme. Es geht um ein gesamtes Ökosystem aus Cloud, Business-Software, Automatisierung und AI.

Du entwickelst die Struktur, auf der alles läuft - von Azure über Dynamics 365 bis hin zu Integrationen, Security und Datenflüssen.

Diese Rolle ist ideal für Menschen, die: * Systeme ganzheitlich denken, nicht nur Komponenten * Architekturentscheidungen treffen und verantworten wollen * komplexe Zusammenhänge schnell durchdringen * Technologie strategisch einsetzen * Plattformen bauen wollen statt Projekte abzuarbeiten

Dein Wirkungsbereich bei TOMORIS Als Lead Platform Architect bist du die zentrale Instanz für technische Architektur und Systemdesign.

Du arbeitest eng zusammen mit: * CTO * Development (Fullstack, AI, Automation) * Security & Cloud Teams * Geschäftsführung

Du definierst, wie Systeme zusammenspielen, skalieren und langfristig funktionieren.

Deine Arbeit entscheidet darüber, ob unsere Plattform funktioniert - oder nicht.

Deine Aufgaben * Design von End-to-End Plattform-Architekturen (Cloud, Hybrid, Integration) * Definition technischer Standards und Systemlogiken * Architektur von Azure, M365, Dynamics 365 und API-Landschaften * Planung von Datenflüssen und Systemintegration * Abstimmung mit Development, Security und Business * Bewertung von Technologien und Lösungen * Sicherstellung von Skalierbarkeit, Performance und Stabilität * Aufbau von wiederverwendbaren Architekturen und Frameworks

Must-Haves * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Architektur oder Systemdesign * Sehr gutes Verständnis von Azure, M365 und Cloud-Strukturen * Erfahrung mit APIs, Integrationen und Datenflüssen * Verständnis für Security (Identity, Zero Trust, Netzwerk) * Analytisches und strukturiertes Denken * Fähigkeit, komplexe Systeme zu vereinfachen * Professionelles Deutsch & Englisch

Nice-to-Have * Erfahrung mit Dynamics 365 / Dataverse * Erfahrung in Plattform- oder Produktentwicklung * Dev-/Automation-Know-how * Erfahrung mit Microservices oder skalierbaren Architekturen

* ST2 Regelstufe: € 4.611 brutto / Monat * ST2 Erfahrungsstufe: € 5.444 brutto / Monat

Marktrealität: Lead / Architect Rollen liegen typischerweise zwischen € 5.500 - € 8.000+ brutto / Monat.
