Als Lead Policy en Sustainable Finance ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verder ontwikkelen en versterken van duurzaamheid binnen de organisatie, het opstellen en actueel houden van ons duurzaamheidsbeleid, het vormgeven en ondersteunen van onze sustainable finance proposities en het uitvoeren van analyses en engagement. Jij borgt expertise, stimuleert innovatie en zorgt ervoor dat jouw team optimaal is uitgerust om in te spelen op de snel veranderende marktomstandigheden en regelgeving. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Leidinggeven aan een team van specialisten en zorgen voor kennisontwikkeling en vakinhoudelijke groei. - Ontwikkelen, bewaken en evalueren van ontwikkelingen uit regelgeving en commitments in beleid, kaders en standaarden. - Overzicht houden op voortgang implementaties en coördineren dat beleid, regelgeving en commitments op uniforme wijze binnen de bank geïmplementeerd en toegepast worden - Het adviseren van andere afdelingen binnen de bank in de interpretatie en ontwikkeling van sustainable finance proposities. - Identificeren van en sturen op risico's, rapportages, compliance en governance vraagstukken. - Stimuleren van continue verbetering en innovatie en optimaliseren van samenwerking met andere afdelingen om duurzaamheid te integreren in de organisatie. - Adviseren van management en directie over strategische keuzes en vakinhoudelijke impact.
