Ben jij een ervaren automation engineer die technische diepgang wil combineren met leiderschap? Krijg je energie van complexe industriële automatiseringsprojecten en haal je voldoening uit het begeleiden van collega-engineers naar een hoger niveau? Dan is deze uitdaging op jouw maat geschreven.

Als Lead Projectingenieur neem je de technische leiding over uitdagende automatiseringsprojecten binnen uiteenlopende industriële omgevingen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische uitwerking, kwaliteitsbewaking en succesvolle realisatie van projecten van conceptfase tot indienstname.

Je vormt de brug tussen klanten, engineers en projectmanagement en zorgt ervoor dat technische oplossingen niet alleen performant zijn, maar ook duurzaam, onderhoudsvriendelijk en toekomstgericht.

Naast je rol als technisch expert ben je een coach en mentor voor collega-engineers. Je deelt jouw kennis, ondersteunt hun ontwikkeling en helpt mee de technische standaarden binnen het team verder uit te bouwen.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Technisch leiden én actief uitvoeren van automatiseringsprojecten van ontwerp tot oplevering.
  • Opstellen en valideren van technische architecturen en automatiseringsconcepten.
  • Ontwikkelen, reviewen en vrijgeven van PLC-, SCADA- en HMI-applicaties.
  • Aansturen, begeleiden en coachen van automation engineers binnen projectteams.
  • Fungeren als technisch aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers en interne stakeholders.
  • Bewaken van technische kwaliteit, standaarden en documentatie.
  • Uitvoeren van technische risicoanalyses en ondersteunen bij projectramingen.
  • Begeleiden van FAT's, SAT's, testing en indienstnames.
  • Ondersteunen bij troubleshooting en optimalisatie van bestaande installaties.
  • Actief bijdragen aan innovatie, kennisdeling en standaardisatie binnen de organisatie.
  • Nauw samenwerken met projectleiders om technische en projectdoelstellingen succesvol te realiseren.
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen industriële automatisering.
  • Sterke ervaring met PLC-programmering en industriële besturingssystemen.
  • Ervaring met SCADA- en HMI-platformen.
  • Grondige kennis van industriële netwerken en communicatieprotocollen.
  • Ervaring met het technisch begeleiden of aansturen van engineers.
  • Je kunt technische concepten helder vertalen naar zowel klanten als collega's.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een oplossingsgerichte mindset.
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
