In dieser Rolle bist du die treibende Kraft bei der Qualifizierung von Neukunden und potenziellen Leads. Du führst aktive Outbound-Telefonate, berätst zu High-End-Serviceleistungen und legst den Grundstein für erfolgreiche Kundenbeziehungen.

Zeitraum: Ab sofort

Arbeitsmodell: Vollzeit (Mo-Fr 08:30 - 17:00 Uhr)

Standort: 1120 Wien

Deine Aufgaben

* Qualifizierung von potenziellen Neukunden und Leads bezüglich Versandvolumen und Produkten durch aktive Outbound-Telefonie

* Proaktive Kontaktaufnahme und Rückgewinnung von inaktiven Kunden ("Lost Kunden")

* Auskunftserteilung zu den Produkten und Serviceleistungen des Unternehmens Pflegen, Vervollständigen und Verwalten von Kundendaten im CRM-System entsprechend des globalen Sales-Prozesses

* Telefonische und schriftliche Nachbearbeitung von Direct-Mail-Aktivitäten

* Allgemeine administrative Agenden sowie anlassbezogene Mitarbeit bei Projekten und Sales-Kampagnen

Dein Profil

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der aktiven Neukundengewinnung und Outbound-Telefonie Positiver Zugang zum Thema Verkauf, ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Freude am Telefonieren Kommunikationsstärke, sehr gute Ausdrucksweise sowie eine angenehme Telefonstimme Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Selbstständige, zielorientierte und genaue Arbeitsweise gepaart mit hoher Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit Wohnsitz und Arbeitslebensmittelpunkt in Österreich
