Als Lead Security Architect ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het structureel verankeren van informatiebeveiliging binnen Roularta Media Group, van architectuur en projecten tot governance en concrete implementaties, in IT én OT-omgevingen. Je neemt een sleutelrol op het snijvlak van architectuur, governance en uitvoering. Je zorgt ervoor dat security niet op papier blijft, maar effectief doorvertaald wordt naar hoe we systemen ontwerpen, opzetten en beheren. Je werkt nauw samen met de vCiso, cybersecurity engineer en externe partners.

  • Security by design Je zorgt ervoor dat security vanaf de ontwerpfase ingebed zit in projecten en architecturen, voert design reviews en threat modelling uit en valideert technische implementaties zoals cloudconfiguraties, applicatie- en integratiesecurity en identity flows.
  • Governance met impact Je neemt ownership over security governance en ISMS, vertaalt strategische richtlijnen naar werkende processen en controls. Je zorgt dat risicoanalyses, policies en KPI’s écht leven in de organisatie. Je communiceert met IT, business en management en bouwt aan security awareness en cultuur.
  • Van roadmap tot realiteit Je identificeert security gaps, bouwt en beheert een gerichte security roadmap. Je blijft dicht bij de praktijk en werkt mee aan concrete implementaties en hardening. Je ondersteunt i.s.m. onze SOC incidentanalyse en opvolging en vertaalt incidenten naar structurele verbeteringen.
  • Ervaring & expertise Je hebt minstens 5 à 8 jaar ervaring in cybersecurity, met een sterk hands-on profiel en aantoonbare kennis van security architectuur, applicatie-, cloud- en infrastructuursecurity (OT is een plus). Je zoeken geen pure strategist, we zoeken geen pure engineer. We zoeken iemand die op alle niveaus security effectief laat werken in de praktijk.
  • Architecturaal én pragmatisch denken Je weet securityprincipes te vertalen naar haalbare technische oplossingen, combineert conceptueel denken met uitvoering, en durft onderbouwde keuzes te maken in complexe omgevingen.
  • Communicatie & ownership Je communiceert helder met IT en business, kan stakeholders enthousiasmeren en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor securitybeslissingen die impact hebben op de organisatie.
