Als Lead Software Engineer ben jij de technische kartrekker van onze projecten. Je beweegt moeiteloos tussen klant en team, vertaalt complexe wensen naar slimme software-oplossingen en bewaakt de kwaliteit en voortgang met een scherp oog en een open houding. Jouw uitdaging Jij bent de sparringpartner waar klanten op bouwen, iemand die verder kijkt dan het programma alleen. Je denkt mee over procesoptimalisatie, bedenkt robuuste SCADA- en PLC-architecturen, en leidt het team in het maken van technische keuzes die het verschil maken. In samenwerking met de projectleider en projectmanager bewaak je de scope, het budget en de voortgang. Dankzij jouw inzicht en communicatie verloopt elk project strak, realistisch en professioneel. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - De technische coördinatie, klantcontact en projectplanning; - Een goede samenwerking met projectleiding en vertaalt functionele wensen naar technische oplossingen; - Je bewaakt scope, budget en kwaliteit en schakelt flexibel met meerdere automatiseringspakketten.
