Als (Lead) Software Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische uitvoering van het project. Samen met de projectleider bepaal je de strategie voor het behalen van de geplande projectresultaten. Wat wordt er van jou verwacht? - Verantwoordelijk voor de technische uitvoering van het project en samen met de projectleider de strategie voor het behalen van de geplande projectresultaten bepalen; - Anticiperen op activiteiten die afwijken van de projectplanning en de projectleider informeren over de projectvoortgang gedurende de projectuitvoering; - Verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van het team van Software Engineers tijdens een project, op basis van de verantwoordelijkheid voor techniek, tijd en budget; - Ontwerpen, implementeren en testen van software applicaties, zowel 'in huis' als op locatie; - Opstellen van specificaties en maken van gebruikershandleidingen op basis van het overeengekomen contract; - Calculeren van engineeringsactiviteiten in de offertefase en in het geval van meer- en/of minderwerken; - Vertegenwoordigen van Eekels bij de klant, aanspreekpunt zijn voor de technische aspecten en het bijdragen aan een uitstekende relatie met de klant. - Initiëren van verbetervoorstellen (productverbetering, procesverbetering) die leiden tot een versterking van de concurrentiepositie van Eekels.
