Je speelt ook een belangrijke rol in de groei van collega's. Je voert code reviews uit en bent een inhoudelijk sparringpartner binnen het team. Binnen een cultuur van eigenaarschap, samenwerken en continu leren en verbeteren, help je het technische niveau structureel te verhogen.
