The posting

Je neemt de leiding over het developmentteam dat verantwoordelijk is voor de ontwikkeling van een nieuwe cloudmodule binnen het gloednieuwe platform. Samen met je team bouw je van nul een oplossing die productieflows visualiseert en complexe calculaties rond productieprocessen en resources mogelijk maakt. Je bereidt sprints voor, organiseert de workflow via tools zoals Jira/Confluence en zorgt voor een duidelijke technische en organisatorische structuur binnen het team. Tegelijk coach en motiveer je developers om het beste uit zichzelf te halen en creëer je een omgeving waarin kwaliteit, samenwerking en ownership centraal staan. Je werkt nauw samen met andere teams binnen het cloudprogramma en met stakeholders uit Product, Business en Engineering om de roadmap concreet te realiseren. Naast je leiderschapsrol blijf je zelf ook hands-on betrokken in development, voornamelijk backend in .NET met een frontend in React, en draag je actief bij aan de architectuur en technische keuzes van het platform.

  • Masterdiploma in IT, Handelsingenieur, Burgerlijk Ingenieur of een gelijkaardige richting
  • Ervaring als Senior developer of als Team Lead of gelijkaardig
  • Sterke kennis van .NET en cloudgebaseerde architecturen. React-kennis is een plus.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en hebt ervaring met Agile/Scrum, sprintplanning en teamcoaching.
  • Je combineert technische diepgang met leiderschap en weet mensen te motiveren om het beste uit zichzelf te halen.
  • Je werkt in het Nederlands en het Engels
