Vanuit onze vestigingen in Raalte, Enschede en Vorden werken wij met een hecht en gedreven team van zeven specialisten binnen de afdeling Meet- en Regeltechniek. Binnen deze afdeling realiseren wij slimme en duurzame gebouwbeheersystemen. We werken aan uiteenlopende projecten van kleinschalige installaties tot complexe, multidisciplinaire trajecten, waarbij innovatie, kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan. - € 3.200 - € 5.800 - 32 tot 40 uur - Meet en regeltechniek - Enschede/Raalte ZGT Almelo Elektrotechniek Hiervan krijg jij werkplezier Als Lead Software Engineer ben je van begin tot eind betrokken bij projecten. Je combineert technische diepgang met regie en klantcontact en speelt een sleutelrol in zowel de uitvoering als de verdere ontwikkeling van de afdeling. Je werkt zelfstandig aan kleinere projecten en neemt bij grotere trajecten de leiding binnen een projectteam. In deze rol: ✔ Bepaal je mede de technische koers van het team en maak je onderbouwde keuzes in standaarden, tools en ontwikkelmethodieken; ✔ Vertaal je klantbehoeften naar een heldere en schaalbare softwarestructuur; ✔ Schrijf en beoordeel je regeltechnische omschrijvingen; ✔ Configureer en implementeer je gebouwautomatiseringssoftware; ✔ Stel je systemen in bedrijf bij klanten en optimaliseer je deze waar nodig; ✔ Coördineer je projectactiviteiten en begeleid je (junior) collega's in hun ontwikkeling; ✔ Adviseer je klanten over technische oplossingen en verbeteringen.
