Taken: - Coaching en Opleiding: Je coacht de engineers en speelt een actieve rol in het opleiden en begeleiden van de beheerafdeling, om zo hun vaardigheden en kennis voortdurend te verbeteren. - Werkdefiniëring en Prioritering: Je definieert en prioriteert de werkzaamheden van de technische teamleden binnen een project, waarbij je zorgt voor een duidelijke taakverdeling en efficiëntie. - Voortgangsrapportage: Je rapporteert de projectvoortgang aan de projectleider en signaleert tijdig afwijkingen in de technische oplossingen en planning. Indien nodig stel je alternatieve oplossingen voor om de projectdoelen te waarborgen. - Technische Verantwoordelijkheid: Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor het ontwerp, de haalbaarheid en de realisatie van technische oplossingen, in nauwe samenwerking met consultants, engineers en de projectmanager. - Infrastructuurontwikkeling: Je draagt bij aan de doorontwikkeling van onze infrastructuur, gebaseerd op strategische besluitvorming en de laatste marktontwikkelingen. - Transitie en Innovatie: In gespecialiseerde transitie- en ontwikkelteams werk je aan de onboarding van nieuwe klanten en de continue ontwikkeling en innovatie van ons platform.
