In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die Schichtleitung (UPW/WWT, Gas Chemie) an unserem Standort in Villach.

Erfahren Sie mehr über Ihre neuen Aufgaben

- Führung der unterstellten Mitarbeiter - Koordination und Kommunikation der Operations- und Maintenance-Tätigkeiten - Koordination der Schichtbesetzung und des Mitarbeiterbedarfs in Abstimmung mit dem Manager Operations - Effizienzüberwachung, Ressourcenplanung, Kontrolle der Tätigkeiten sowie Kontrolle der einzuhaltenden QM-Richtlinien im Operationsbereich - Ansprechpartner für den Kunden sowie Unterstützung bei der Mediendisposition - Bereitschaft zur Ausführung unterwiesener Tätigkeiten im Operationsbereich (Rufbereitschaft, Wartung, Instandhaltung, Analytik, Medienwechsel, Transport, usw.) inkl. Zusatzschichten auch am Wochenende bei Nichtbesetzung der Schicht - Ansprechpartner für den Kunden, die eigenen Vorgesetzten und den Mitarbeitern bei auftretenden Problemen Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten Arbeitssicherheits-, Gefahrstoff-, Reinraum- und Gefahrgutvorschriften sowie der geltenden gesetzlichen und betrieblichen Regelungen Aktive Mitwirkung an der Sicherheitskultur durch Teilnahme an Sicherheitsunterweisungen sowie die unverzügliche Meldung von Arbeitsunfällen und sicherheitsrelevanten Vorfällen Zeigen Sie Ihre Kompetenzen - abgeschlossene technische/handwerkliche Ausbildung - Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden - fundierte EDV-Kenntnisse - fließende Deutschkenntnisse - Leistungsbereitschaft, Führungskompetenz, Problemlösungskompetenz
