Functie omschrijving Als Lead Werkvoorbereider zorg jij ervoor dat projecten technisch en organisatorisch goed voorbereid van start kunnen gaan. Je houdt overzicht over meerdere werkzaamheden en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen engineering, projectleiding, uitvoering en andere betrokken partijen. Naast je eigen werkvoorbereiding heb je een coördinerende rol binnen het team. Je ondersteunt collega-werkvoorbereiders bij technische en organisatorische vraagstukken, bewaakt de kwaliteit van het werk en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken en planningen worden nagekomen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Coördineren en bewaken van de werkvoorbereiding van verschillende projecten. - Opstellen, controleren en beheren van project- en werkplanningen. - Voorbereiden van werkzaamheden op technisch, organisatorisch en logistiek vlak. - Controleren van tekeningen, specificaties en overige projectdocumentatie. - Signaleren van knelpunten en tijdig organiseren van passende oplossingen. - Begeleiden en ondersteunen van werkvoorbereiders binnen het team. - Verdelen en bewaken van werkzaamheden en prioriteiten. - Fungeren als technisch aanspreekpunt voor collega's en andere projectbetrokkenen. - Afstemmen met engineering, projectleiding, uitvoering, leveranciers en opdrachtgevers. - Bewaken van kwaliteit, voortgang, kosten en gemaakte afspraken. - Meedenken over het verbeteren en standaardiseren van werkprocessen.
