Vrijwel iedere fiets wordt klant specifiek samengesteld (Configure-to-Order): Veel productvarianten, korte doorlooptijden en directe impact van iedere beslissing op de werkvloer. Een rol voor iemand die analyseert, organiseert en bijdraagt aan een soepel productieproces.
