This role is a catalyst for standardizing our Vopak Way of Working, including digital transformation, focused on leveraging modern technologies, including AI , to deliver engaging, high-impact learning experiences aligned with organizational strategy and career development paths. Key Responsibilities 1. Content Development - Future-Focused Curriculum Design: Own the end-to-end project management for developing new learning content, - SME Partnership: Work closely with Functional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex business and technical requirements into structured, effective, and audience-appropriate learning content and programs (e.g., functional onboarding). - Content Governance: Establish and manage the learning agenda for key functional domains, including Vopak Solutions and Vopak Systems , ensuring all content is maintained, updated, and aligned with the latest system releases and business priorities. 2. Learning Innovation & Delivery - Innovation Champion: Implement and support the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for the rapid generation of new content, the conversion of existing materials into innovative formats (e.g., microlearning, simulations), and personalized learning paths. - Engagement & User Experience (UX): Assess and adjust content based on rigorous didactical criteria , ensuring it is presented in the most appealing and innovative way to realize maximum learning effect and generate the best UX. - Global Training: Regularly train and support loca...
