The posting

Jij wordt het centrale aanspreekpunt voor alles wat opleiding en ontwikkeling betreft. Je werkt op strategisch én praktisch niveau samen met de Plant Manager, Operations Manager en teamleaders en neemt het voortouw in het professionaliseren van de opleidingswerking op de werkvloer.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je brengt opleidingsnoden in kaart en vertaalt deze naar opleidingsplannen en leertrajecten voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden.
  • Je coördineert onboarding, opleidingen en kennisoverdracht binnen de productieomgeving.
  • Je ontwikkelt en actualiseert opleidingsmateriaal, procedures en werkinstructies.
  • Je organiseert evaluaties, examens en certificeringen en volgt deze nauwgezet op.
  • Je beheert het LMS, verzorgt rapporteringen en bewaakt een correcte opleidingsregistratie.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met externe opleidingspartners en volgt opleidingsbudgetten mee op.
  • Je ondersteunt audits, beheert opleidingsdocumentatie en neemt deel aan HR-, operationele en L&D-overlegmomenten.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met HR, leidinggevenden en operationele teams om leren en ontwikkelen verder te verankeren binnen de organisatie.

Je haalt energie uit het ontwikkelen van mensen en het aanbrengen van structuur binnen een productieomgeving. Je combineert een analytische blik met een pragmatische aanpak en weet hoe je ideeën omzet in concrete acties.

Daarnaast:

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen Learning & Development, bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving.
  • Je begrijpt welke competenties nodig zijn om een organisatie succesvol te ondersteunen en verder te laten groeien.
  • Je combineert sterke analytische vaardigheden met een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Je neemt initiatief en krijgt zaken zelfstandig in beweging.
  • Je brengt structuur in processen, data en administratie.
  • Je haalt voldoening uit het verbeteren van systemen, processen en leertrajecten.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt vlot samen met verschillende stakeholders.
