Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je organiseert en coördineert interne en externe opleidingen.
  • Je coördineert testen, evaluaties en certificeringstrajecten.
  • Je analyseert opleidingsnoden binnen de organisatie en vertaalt deze naar een opleidingsplan en opleidingsmatrix.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met opleidingspartners, volgt budgetten en subsidieaanvragen op.
  • Je ontwikkelt en actualiseert opleidingsmateriaal, digitale leermodules, werkinstructies en opleidingsdocumentatie.
  • Je rapporteert over opleidingsactiviteiten, opleidingsresultaten en voortgang ten aanzien van de opleidingsdoelstellingen.
  • Je organiseert onboardingdagen en verzorgt introductie- en opleidingstrajecten voor nieuwe medewerkers.
  • Je waarborgt de naleving van verplichte opleidingen (veiligheid, kwaliteit, compliance, …).
  • Je beheert het Learning Management System (LMS) en zorgt voor een correcte registratie van opleidingen en kwalificaties.
  • Je ondersteunt interne en externe audits.

De opleidingscoördinator die wij zoeken:

  • heeft een bachelor (of master) diploma in een relevant vakgebied
  • kan vlot communiceren in het Nederlands
  • kan de nodige analyses qua opleidingen uitvoeren o.b.v. businessnoden en deze omzetten in acties en adviezen
  • communiceert vlot met medewerkers op alle niveaus
  • is organisatorisch sterk en werkt nauwkeurig
  • heeft kennis van LMS-systemen, e-learning en productieprocessen
