The posting

Voor een internationaal productiebedrijf met een sterke familiale cultuur zijn we op zoek naar een Learning & Development Coördinator. In deze functie zorg je ervoor dat medewerkers kunnen groeien, nieuwe vaardigheden ontwikkelen en goed voorbereid zijn op hun functie.

Je vormt de brug tussen HR, leidinggevenden en operationele teams en helpt mee om een sterke leercultuur uit te bouwen waarin ontwikkeling centraal staat.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opleidingsbehoeften analyseren en vertalen naar een praktisch en toekomstgericht opleidingsplan.
  • Leidinggevenden ondersteunen bij het ontwikkelen van hun teams.
  • Onboarding- en opleidingstrajecten uitwerken zodat nieuwe medewerkers vlot kunnen starten.
  • Opleidingsmatrices, certificeringen en kwalificaties nauwgezet opvolgen.
  • Digitale en klassikale leeroplossingen ontwikkelen die aansluiten bij de praktijk van een productieomgeving.
  • Opleidingsresultaten monitoren en inzichten vertalen naar concrete verbeteringen.
  • Veiligheids- en kwaliteitsopleidingen correct beheren en opvolgen via het LMS-systeem.
  • Meewerken aan de verdere uitbouw en professionalisering van het L&D-beleid.

We zoeken iemand die energie krijgt van het ontwikkelen van mensen én het creëren van structuur binnen een dynamische productieomgeving.

  • Je hebt kennis en ervaring binnen Learning & Development, bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving.
  • Je begrijpt welke competenties nodig zijn binnen een productie- en voedingsomgeving.
  • Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en combineert die met een pragmatische aanpak.
  • Je neemt zelfstandig initiatief en weet zaken in beweging te zetten.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en hebt oog voor processen, data en administratie.
  • Je bent sterk in het organiseren en opvolgen van opleidingstrajecten.
  • Je bent communicatief en werkt vlot samen met HR, leidinggevenden en operationele teams.
  • Je haalt voldoening uit het verbeteren van systemen, processen en leertrajecten.
