  • Leernevenprogramma’s ontwerpen, implementeren en evalueren
  • De Academy verder uitbouwen als centraal platform voor leren en kennisdeling
  • Learning journeys ontwikkelen ter ondersteuning van change- en transformatie-initiatieven
  • Leertrajecten opzetten die de adoptie van AI en digitale oplossingen versnellen
  • Leidinggevenden adviseren rond change readiness, talentontwikkeling en leiderschapsontwikkeling
  • Up- en reskilling begeleiden in een context van technologische en organisatorische verandering
  • De effectiviteit en impact van leerinterventies bewaken
  • Bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minstens 7 jaar relevante ervaring binnen Learning & Development en Organization Development.
  • Ervaring met zowel strategische als operationele L&D-projecten.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met change management, organisatieontwikkeling en organisatiebrede transformaties.
  • Sterk in het uitwerken van beleidskaders, processen en structurele verbeteringen.
  • Ervaren in stakeholdermanagement en in staat om op boardniveau te communiceren.
  • Zelfstandig, proactief en resultaatgericht, met een strategisch en conceptueel denkvermogen
  • Affiniteit met digitale leerplatformen en moderne leertechnologieën.
  • Vlot Nederlands en Frans; kennis van Engels is een plus.
