De positie Als learning & development ontwikkelaar bij Alliander ontwerp en ontwikkel je innovatieve lesmaterialen die direct aansluiten op de doelgroep en bijdragen aan het succes van onze Technische Bedrijfsschool. In een team dat nog volop in ontwikkeling is, help jij mee om concrete producten te leveren die de technische expertise van onze collega's naar een hoger niveau tillen. Als L&D ontwikkelaar bij Alliander ontwerp en ontwikkel je innovatieve leerinterventies en lesmaterialen die direct bijdragen aan de technische vakbekwaamheid van de medewerkers. De L&D consultant maakt het ontwerp op hoofdlijnen, waarna jij dit samen met hen verder uitwerkt tot concrete leerprogramma's, zoals e-learnings en klassikale trainingen. Samen met inhoudsdeskundigen vertaal je leerdoelen naar effectieve, gestructureerde leermaterialen en denk je actief mee over didactische keuzes, nieuwe technologieën en innovatieve leermethoden. Daarnaast onderhoud en verbeter je bestaande materialen. Binnen dit groeiende team krijg je ruimte om te innoveren en zichtbaar impact te maken in een technische omgeving die voortdurend in ontwikkeling is. Je houdt je o.a. bezig met: - Samenwerken met L&D consultants om opleidingsontwerpen op hoofdlijnen uit te werken tot concrete leerinterventies en lesmaterialen. - Ontwikkelen van effectieve leermiddelen, zoals e-learnings en klassikale trainingen, in samenwerking met inhoudsdeskundigen en trainers. - Uitvoeren van onderhoud en voer je jaarlijkse reviews uit om bestaande leerinterventies en lesmaterialen up-to-date te houden. - Implementeren en evalueren van leeroplossingen, en adviseer je projectleiders over didactische aanpakke...
